                        T-Hub 2.0

ð  World’s largest innovation centre inaugurated in Hyderabad

ð  Telangana government invested in the second phase of T-Hub with an aim to incubate next generation of startups which would be strong pillars of Indian economy in future

ð  The facility will support over 2,000 startups under one roof

ð  The startup ecosystem in Telangana was ranked among top 10 global ecosystems in affordable talent and among top 15 in Asia in terms of attracting funds

ð  T-Hub (Technology Hub) was established in 2015, at IIT Hyderabad

ð  This hub was set up in “public private partnership” mode between state government and three academic institutes namely

1)      International Institute of Information Technology-Hyderabad (IIIT-H)

2)      Indian School of Business (ISB)

3)      National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law

                           Jangubai Jatara: ð   Important religious and cultural affair of aboriginal tribals slated for the first week of January (Raj Gonds and Kolam Tribes) ð   They revere the deity at a cave temple in Sahyadri hills in the forests of Mukdamguda and Kotaparandoli villages in Kerameri mandal ð   Festivities will begin with tribals performing ‘Devve Niruswal’ or lighting of the lamp which represents the deity at the temple on the onset of Pushya or Poos month on January 4 ð   The ethnic tribes ceremoniously worship Jangu Bai, who according to Adivasis, is believed to have been formed naturally some 25,000 years ago ð   They congregate at the temple during the sacred Hindu month of Pushya and take a holy dip in a tank locally known as Toplakasa before entering the abode of the deity ð   Traditional instruments : Sannayi, Kalikom and Tudum
